ORD 2013-01 RELATING TO SCHEDULE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCILORDINANCE NO* 2013w01
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating
to the schedule for regular meetings of the City Council and amending
Section 2.04.030 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code to establish the
time of such meetings.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the business of the City is best
served by scheduling the start of Study Sessions for 7:00 pm, the same time as the
Business Meetings;
NOW,
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF
THE CITY OF
BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN
AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.04.030 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is hereby amended
as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from its passage,
