RES 2013-19 APPROVING AMDT TO GROW COMMUNITYRESOLUTION NO. 201349
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington
approving an amendment to the Grow Community I subdivision
and a boundary line adjustment (File Nos. SUBA13551 and
BLA13551B)
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2012, the preliminary subdivision application for the Grow
Community I subdivision was submitted by Bainbridge Community Development, LLC to the
Department of Planning and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2012, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2012 -12
approving the final Grow Community I subdivision application for the creation of 24 (20 single
family and 4 multi - family) residential lots, a parking tract and an open space tract; and
WHEREAS, on January 29, 2013, Bainbridge Community Development, LLC applied to
amend the subdivision and submitted a boundary line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2013, the application was revised by Bainbridge
Community Development, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the final subdivision (FSUB13551) omits
condition #23 in regards to the guest parking demand study; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The proposed amendment to the final subdivision and concurrent boundary
line adjustment is in conformance with the zoning ordinance, the Comprehensive Plan, the
subdivision regulations and standards, and all applicable land use ordinances and applicable state
laws in effect.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized,to sign the amended final plat for recordation with
the Kitsap County Auditor,
Section 3. Bainbridge Community Development, LLC shall provide a final boundary line
adjustment survey to meet the requirements of BIMC 2.16.090 and record the boundary line
adjustment survey and related documents with the Kitsap County Auditor's Office.
