RES 2014-02 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TOWN AND COUNTRY ROAD VACATIONRESOLUTION NO. 2014-02
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider a vacation
of an alley situated approximately" 150' south of Winslow Way and
running west 11 O' from Bjune Drive SE (located within Town &
Country Markets, Inc. parking lot),.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on the requested vacation of an alley
situated approximately 150' south of Winslow Way and running west 110' from Bjune Drive SE
(located within Town & Country Markets, Inc. parking lot), described on the attached drawings
on February 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Bainbridge Island Council Chambers located-at 280
Madison A venue North.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works or designee is authorized and directed to
post and mail notices as required by RCW 35.79.020, and to notify the public of the public
hearing at least twenty days prior to the hearing.
Section 3. The petition was approved and meets the sufficiency requirements per
RCW 35.79.010.
