ORD NO. 2014-10 CHANGING COUNCIL MEETING DATEORDINANCE NO. 2014-10
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating
to the schedule for regular meetings of the City Council and amending
Section 2.04.010 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code to establish the
date of such meetings.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the business of the City is best
served by changing the meeting date;
NOW,
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF
THE CITY OF
BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN
AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.04.010 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is hereby amended
as follows:
2.04.010 Held When. The city council shall hold its meetings on the first, second, third
and fourth Monday Wednesday of each month.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on March 1, 2014.
