hearing at 9:00 AM on Friday, November 8, 2013, in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue
North, Bainbridge Island, Washington, pursuant to the provisions of BIMC 2.16.100. The Hearing Examiner will
hear an appeal of an administrative decision relating to a Shoreline Substantial Development Exemption
Application.

testimony will be relevant to the issue on appeal and non-repetitive of the testimony of other witnesses.
