RES 2014-11 AMENDING FEE SCHEDULE (SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT)RESOLUTION NO. 2014-11
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Section 12 of the City's Fee Schedule to add a fee for
permits relating to sidewalk cafes.
WHEREAS, on June 9, 2014, City Council passed Ordinance No. 2014 -16 relating to
retail use of sidewalks and adding a new chapter to the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City's Fee Schedule needs to be updated to add a permit fee for
sidewalk cafes; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12, Miscellaneous Fees, of the City's Fee Schedule is hereby amended
to add the following permit:
SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT
PASSED by the City Council this 91h day of June, 2014.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 91h day of June, 2014.
