RES 2015-01 AFTER THE FACT CLEARING PERMITSRESOLUTION NO. 2015 -01
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Section 9 of the City's Fee Schedule to add a fee for
relating to "After- the - fact" Clearing Permits.
WHEREAS, on February 10, 2015, City Council will approve Ordinance No. 2015 -03
amending BIMC Chapter 15.18 relating to land clearing activities; and
WHEREAS, the City's Fee Schedule needs to be updated to add a permit fee for After -
the -fact Clearing Permits; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9, Building and Planning Fees, of the City's Fee Schedule is hereby
amended to add the following permit:
Clearing Permit (After- the -fact) $ 500.00
