RES 2000-14 APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL UPDATE TO THE CITY'S STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PLARESOLUTION NO. 2000-14
A RESOLUTION of. the City of Bainbridge Island,
Washington, Approving the annual update to the
City's annual State Transportation Improvement
Program.
WHEREAS, the State requires the City Council to annually hold a public
hearing and to approve the City's annual State Transportation Improvement
Program (STIP); and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 12,2000; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2000-07, approved the annual update of the
City's State Transportation Improvement Program; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
To approve the annual update to the City's State Transportation
Improvement Program, and provide a copy to the Washington
State Department of Transportation.
PASSED by the City Council this 14th day of June, 2000.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 15th day of June, 2000.
