RES 2000-15 PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER LATECOMER'S AGREEMENT FOR HILLANDALE HOMES.RESOLUTION NO. 2000-15
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
scheduling a public hearing to consider a latecomer's agreement
for improvements made to the City's utilities system.
WHEREAS, Dick Allen, the Developer of Hillandale Homes, entered into
a city Standard Developer Agreement for the utilities (water & sewer) extension
along a portion of Weaver Road, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to formalize such latecomer's
agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Bainbridgelsland,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
Section 1. Schedule a Public Hearing for such a Latecomer's
Agreement before the City Council on Wednesday,
June 14, 2000.
Section 2. Direct the City Clerk to provide required notification.
