RES 2000-21 SETTING A TIME/PLACE FOR HEARING FOR VACATION OF PORTION OF GEORGE STREETAl
RESOLUTION NO. 2000 -20-
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider vacation of
a portion of George Street.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRID'GE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEARBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on the requested vacation of A PORTION
OF GEORGE STREET, described on the attached drawings on July 17, 2000 at 4:00 p.m. at the
Public Works Committee, Bainbridge Island City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge
Island, WA.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works or designee is authorized and directed to
post and mail notices as required by RCW 35.79.020, and to notify the public of the public
hearing at least twenty days prior to the hearing.
Section 3. The petition was approved and meets the sufficiency requirements per
RCW 35.79.010.
