RES 2000-32 LATECOMER AGREEMENT FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ON STETSON RIDGERESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 32 A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island scheduling a public hearing to consider a latecomer agreement for improvements made to the City's road system. WHEREAS, Doug Nelson, the Developer of Stetson Ridge, entered into a city standard Developer's Extension Agreement for road improvements for Ridge Lane. WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to formalize such latecomer's agreement. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Schedule a Public Hearing for such a Latecomers Agreement before the City Council on Wednesday, November 8, 2000. 2. The hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, 2000, as part of the regular City Council meeting, which begins at 7:00 PM. The hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington. YOU ARE INVITED to attend the public hearing to present written or oral comment. If you are unable to attend the hearing written comment will be accepted until 3:00 PM, Tuesday, November 7, 2000, in the City Clerk's Office, City Hall Rm. 207,280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110.
