A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON AMENDING VARIOUS UTILITY AND MISCELLANEOUS
FEES, AND AMENDING SECTIONS 12 AND 13 OF THE BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a number of incidental utility and other
miscellaneous fees do not presently reflect the City's cost of performing the related service and finds
that there is little or no general public benefit for the services performed; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12D of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows:

question, whichever occurs first, and (3) secured by a bond payable to the City.
