A Building Permit #7788 was issued March 14, 2000 to Jeb and Belinda Thornburg for construction work at their property located at 10915 NE South Beach Road, Bainbridge Island.
An
appeal of that administrative decision was filed with the City of Bainbridge Island on March 20, 2000 by Mark and Cindy Wagner.
The appeal was not timely filed under the provisions
of BIMC 2.16.130. Application may be made to the City of Bainbridge Island Finance Department for a determination on refund of the appeal application fee.
The appeal is dismissed.
