YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Hearing Examiner will conduct a
PUBLIC HEARING at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, Washington, pursuant to the provisions of BIMC
2.16.010 and 2.16.020. The Hearing Examiner will hear an appeal of an Administrative Decision related
to a vegetation management permit for clearing of a 6.98 -acre parcel for conversion to residential and
agricultural use.
