COME NOW the Appellants, Eldon and Beth Van Liere, appearing pro se, and the
Respondent, the City of Bainbridge Island, appearing by and through the undersigned attorneys of
record, and advise the Hearing Examiner that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement
that fu11y resolves all issues that were the subject of the Van Lieres' appeal. The parties therefore
stipulate and agree that the appeal should be dismissed with prejudice and jointly request that the
Hearing Examiner enter an order doing so.
