The appellants and the City Attorney have agreed to cancel the appeal hearing set for April 12, 2017, in
order to pursue settlement discussions and have requested an indefinite stay for such purposes. The
stay will be granted for a reasonable period. Either party may request in writing that the stay be lifted
and the hearing be rescheduled. The appeal will be subject to dismissal without further notice if no
request to reschedule the hearing is filed before August 31, 2017.
