The parties have had productive settlement discussions and believe that an agreement can be reached that will completely resolve the dispute between then and avoid the necessity of an appeal hearing. The negotiations and a settlement agreement will not be completed in time for the current hearing scheduled for Wednesday, April 12, 2017 and so the parties jointly request that the April 12 hearing be stricken and that the appeal proceedings be stayed pending completion of settlement negotiations.
