YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Hearing Examiner will conduct a
PUBLIC HEARING at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, Washington, pursuant to the provisions of BIMC
2.16.0 10 and 2.16.030. The Hearing Examiner will hear an appeal regarding the after - the -fact permit for
an addition to a house that was built without a permit and within a critical area buffer.
