YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Hearing Examiner will conduct a PUBLIC
HEARING at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue
North, Bainbridge Island, Washington, pursuant to the provisions of BIMC 2.16.010 and 2.16.030. The Hearing
Examiner will hear two administrative appeals arising out of a single complex of activities surrounding the Clarks’
clearing of tax parcel 282502-2-035-2008, with key issues substantially overlapping.
