RES 2014-15 ROW USE FEESRESOLUTION NO. 2014-15
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Section 12 of the City's fee schedule as it relates to use
or work in the rights -of -ways.
WHEREAS, on August 11, 2014 City Council passed Ordinance No. 2014-24 for the
various types of right of way uses; and
WHEREAS, the City's Fee Schedule needs to be updated to reflect the revised changes
to right-of-way use; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12, Miscellaneous Fees — House Moving Permits and Right -of -Way
Use Permits of the City's Fee Schedule is hereby amended to read as follows:
