ORDER REMANDING REVISED
APPLICATION
A request for remand of this matter to review a revised application by John and
Alice Tawresey for approval of a multifamily subdivision of 2.39 acres located east of SR
305 and west of 263-487 Cave Avenue NE plus the lot at 439 Cave Avenue NE has been
filed by the Planning and Community Development Department. After a public hearing
on October 1, 2010, the application was remanded to City departments to address three
issues. The departments filed their responses to the remand, and Applicants and other
parties filed responses to those filed by the departments. On March 9, 2011, Applicants
submitted revisions to the application. The Planning Department now requests that the
matter be remanded for opportunity for -it to review the revised application. No objection
has been filed by Applicants.
Therefore, the matter is remanded to the Planning and Community Development
nent for review of the revised application. The hearing examiner hereby retains
jurisdiction of the matter, and upon completion of the Planning Department's bother
review and any revised or additional staff report, notice of a supplemental hearing on the
revised application shall be mailed to all parties of record. Following that hearing, the
hearing examiner will issue a recommendation to the City Council.
