WASItlNGTON, AMENDING PROCEDURES FOR TIlE
SMALl, WORKS ROSTER; AND AMENDING SECTIONS
3.72.10{1, 3.72.110 AND 3.72.120 OF THE BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND MUNICIPAl, CODE.
WIIEREAS. I',CW 39.04.155 provides nnifbnn small works roster provisions to award

~crlb~ ming thc kind of work being contracted, in a manner that will equitably distribute the
i~ppormnity among the contractors; provided, that if the estimated cost of the work is from
