ORD 2002-14 SIGN CODE ORDINAN~ NO. 2002-14 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating to the City's sign code; amending Section 9, of Ordinance No. 2001-40. . .. WHEREAS, the City adopted provisions to regulate signs within the jurisdiction of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington; and WI-tERE~, the City Council wishes to revise the regulation of temporary signs; WHEREAS, the City Council desires to update the sign code to more closely respond to the current signage needs'of the community; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~Sec~on 1. Section 9' of Ordinance No. 2001-40, is amended as follows: Sections seven and eight of this ordinance shall expire on March !, 200:3.. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective five days after its passage, approval and publication as required by law. PASSED by the City Council this 27th day of March, 2002.
