ORDINANCE NO. 2002-41
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
RELATING TO mE DAY, PLACE, TIME FOR MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND; AMENDING BAINBRIDGE ISLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 2.04.010, 2.04.020, 2.04.030 AND 2.04.040; AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES NO. 99-09, 91-01 AND 81-29.
The City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2.04.010 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is amended as
follows:
2.04.010 Held When. The City Council shall hold its meetings on the second and fourth
Wednesday of each month.
Section 2. Section 2.04.020 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is amended as
follows:
2.04.020 Place. The meeting place for the City Council meetings shall be at City Hall in
the City Council Chambers located at 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington.
Section 3. Section 2.04.030 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is amended as
follows:
2.04.030 Time. The time for such City Council meetings shall be 6:00 PM.
Section 5. Ordinances No. 91-01 and No. 81-29, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days from and after its
passage, approval and publication as required by law.
