RES 2001-15 SEWER SERVICE AREA EXPANSION (MYERS)RESOLUTION NO. 2001-15 A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, approving the expansion of the City's sewer service area to include Iax Lot Parcel Numbers 41 13-004-005-0102 and 4113-004-006- 00o2 W HEREAS, Ms Mvcrs is developing Tax Lot Number 4113-004-005-0102 which is :rtuated north of Madrona Drive; and W HEREAS, this property is outside of the designated "existing" but inside the "future" ,ewer ,ervice area boundaries identified in the comprehensive plan, and 'WHEREAS, a review of the City Council record indicates that the Council has provided ;uvi�e W properties between the existing boundaries on a case by case basis since the nrnpro,ements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant were completed, (complying with Comprehensive Plan Policv SSP 25); and WHEREAS, the existing, service area boundary modification should include Tax Lot # 41 13 t04-006-0002 situated between subject lot and the existing sewer service area boundary to the s.wth. NOW'. THEREFORE, IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISI AND DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS- that the City's existing sewer service area be 1110311 led to include the Tax Parcel Numbers 41 13-004-005-0102 and 411')-004-006-0002.
