RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
approving the expansion of the City's scwer service area to include
lax Lot Parcel Numbers 4143-000-026-0000 and 4143-000-026-

NN"ERE.AS, Mr Spellman, is developing two contiguous lots (Tax Lot Numbers 4143-
�u-(�'�,-n000 and 4143-000-026-0109) which Susan Kopetz owns and are generally situated
.nuhr.�st ol'the Fernchft .Avenue and Bvron Drive; and
NX I IEREAS, these properties are outside of but adjacent to the designated "existing" but
aadc hc "future" scwer service area boundaries identified in the comprehensive plan, and
NN I [EREAS, a review of the City Council record indicates that the Council has provided
-n ir, to properties between the existing boundaries on a case by case basis since the
mpim -,menus to the Wastewater Treatment Plant were completed, (complying with
0ury1r;1hensivc Plan Policv SSP 2.5); and
NOW, "THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE
�l 1AD DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
I _ I lint the City's existing sewer service arca be modified to include Tax Parcel
\umbcrs4143-(100-026-0000 and 4143-000-026-0109 ("lots").
Khat no latecomer reimbursement shall be approved or granted for extension of sewers to
�crcc the lots.
I but se�N cr service to the lots shall be by a main extension in Byron Drive or service
connections off of Ferncliff Avenue, at the discretion of city staff.
