RES 2001-19 HIDDEN COVE ESTATES PHASE III FINAL PLAT APPROVALRESOLUTION NO. 2001-19 A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, Approving the Final Plat for Phase III of Hidden Cove Estates Subdivision Application (FSUB11-13-00-1). WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 93-46, adopted on November 18, 1993, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and planned unit development of Hidden Cove Estates, on approximately 189 acres of property located south of Hidden Cove road NE, west of Phelps Road NE, and east of State Route 305, upon the application of North Washington Associates Limited Partnership; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 97-06, adopted on February 20, 1997, the City Council approved the final plat for Phase I, Hidden Cove Estates; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No 98-43, adopted on October 1, 1998, the City Council approved the final plat for Phase II, Hidden Cove Estates; and WHEREAS, the Bremerton/Kitsap Health District has approved on-site septic designs and water availability for all lots in Phase III; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer reviewed the final plat of Phase III, and finds that the subdivision meets the requirements of RCW 58.17.160 and forwarded recommendation for approval to the Department of Planning 'and Community Development; WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Community Development reviewed the final plat and forwarded its recommendation for approval to the City Council; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Resolution - Hidden Cove Phase III Approved April 11, 2001 Section 1. The City Council finds that the Hidden Cove Estates, Phase III subdivision proposed for final plat approval conforms to all terms and conditions of the preliminary plat approval. Section 2. The City Council finds that bonds and assurance devices by their essential term assure completion of all required plat improvements. Section 3. The City Council finds that the subdivision proposed for final plat approval and the final plat meet the requirements of state law, Chapter 17.04 BIMC, the comprehensive plan, and all other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of preliminary plat approval. Section 4. The Mayor is authorized and directed to inscribe and execute the City Council's approval on the face of the final plat. Section 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record the original of the final plat with the Kitsap County Auditor, and to file one reproducible copy of the final plat (containing the Kitsap County Auditor's recording number) with the City Clerk, the City Engineer, the Kitsap County Assessor and the Applicant.
