John Walker and I agreed that between 30 and 50% of the available inventory would be suitable for the Auction. Categories of items are as follow: Truck Work Box, Truck Canopies, Bedliners, Garden Equipment, Tractor, Small Engines, Mechanical Equipment, Metal Shelving, Office Furniture, Office Supplies, Picnic Tables, Folding Tables, and other related supplies and equipment. Monday, June 251° would be an acceptable day to pickup the selected items. Rotary will provide the manpower to load and unload the items from trucks provided by the City. We can coordinate the details as we get closer to that date. Thank you and the City for the consideration and generosity of donating surplus items to the Annual Rotary Auction.
