RES 2002-05 REPEALING RESOLUTION 2001-47 REGARDING ERICKSEN AVENUERESOLUTION NO. 2002-05
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington
repealing Resolution 2001-47 regarding Ericksen Avenue
WHEREAS, The City Council passed Resolution 2001-47 on October 21, 2001
which approved a street cross section on Ericksen Avenue form Winslow Way to
Wallace Way; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a professional services agreement with
KPG Inc. for planning and design services on Ericksen including evaluation of
alternatives which may lead to modification of the street cross section approved by in
Resolution 2001-47; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee at their meeting of March 4, 2002
determined that it is the interest of the city to repeal Resolution 2001-47 at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Resolution 2001-47 is repealed.
