CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Resolution No. 2003-04, shall be repealed.
The first sentence of Section 4, of Resolution No. 2002-34, shall be replaced
with the following sentence: All persons who may desire to object to or support
the improvements will be notified to appear and present those objections or state
their support at a hearing before the City Council to be held in the Council
Chambers located in City Hall in the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, at a
date and time to be determined, at which place and time will be fixed for hearing
all matters relating to the improvements and all objections thereto and for
determining the method of payment for the improvements.
The remainder of Resolution No. 2002-34, and all attachments shall remain
unchanged and in effect.
