RES 2003-39 SETTING DATE FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION OF KOURA FARMSRESOLUTION NO. 2003-39
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
setting a date for City Council consideration of the Preliminary
Plat for the Koura Farms Subdivision (File No. SUB 11867).
EREAS, a preliminary plat application was submitted by Stephen Deines to
the Dep ent of Community Development on August 1, 2002; and
EREAS, the Hearing Examiner, upon proper notice, conducted a public
hearing on the Koura Farms Subdivision preliminary plat on May 9, 2003; and
EREAS, the Hearing Examiner recommended conditional approval of the
plat and entered her Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and
lation on July 23, 2002; and
EREAS, it is recommended that a closed record hearing to consider the
plat be scheduled before the City Council on September 10, 2003; now,

WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
