RES 2003-05 FALSE ALARM FEES AMENDMENTRESOLUTION No. 2003-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON AMENDING FALSE ALARM FEES AND AMENDING SECTION 13 OF THE BAINBRIDGE ISLAND FEE SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, the City Council has today passed Ordinance 2003-05 substantially restructuring the City's procedures for dealing with private alarm systems which trigger alarms to which the City's Police force need to respond; and WHEREAS, Ordinance 2003-05 provides that the fees associated with the registration of such alarm systems and the fees for turning false alarms shall be set by resolution of the City Council; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 13 of the City of Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows: 13. MISCELLANEOUS FEES ALARM REGISTRATION FEE (Ordinance 2003-05, Resolution 2003-05) BOAT DOCK MOORING and LINEAR MOORAGE FEES (Ordinance 93-32, Resolution 99-19) BOAT DOCK and LINEAR MOORAGE FEES, SPECIAL USE PERMIT (Ordinance 93-32, Resolution 93-36) BOAT IMPOUND REDEMPTION FEES (BIMC 12.24 & Resolution 93-36) CABLE TV FRANCHISE FEE (Ordinance 96-22.
