BAINBRIDGE ISLAND AND THE KITSAP CONSERVATION DISTRICT
REGARDING AGRICULTURAL ASSISTANCE, SUPPORT, AND CONSERVATION
THIS AMENDMENT NO.3 TO THE 2019-2020 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND AND THE KITSAP
CONSERVATION DISTRICT REGARDING AGRICULTURAL ASSISTANCE,
SUPPORT, AND CONSERVATION ("Amendment') amends the above described Interlocal
Agreement ("Agreement') executed on December 10, 2018, by the City of Bainbridge Island, a
Washington state municipal corporation ('City"), and the Kitsap Conservation District, a
Washington state municipal corporation (`Conservation District.
WHEREAS, the City and the Conservation District have had a contractual relationship for
several years, and the parties desire to continue that partnership; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Conservation District desire to extend the term of the current
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and the Conservation District agree to amend the Agreement as
follows:
Section 8.A. is hereby amended as follows:
A. Once executed by both parties, this Agreement shall become effective on
December 31, 2018, and shall continue in full force until December 31, 2024 2025,
unless sooner terminated by either party as provided below.
2. Except as modified herein, all other terms and conditions to the Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Agreement as of
the later of the signature dates included below.
